-All images on this website are subject to copyright and you can not download images for any use, duplicate, copy, sell, resell any image online, print or original artwork.
-You may not use our images/products for any illegal or unauthorised purposes.
-Just Jane reserve the right to continue to use the image to reproduce and sell prints from any piece of original artwork.

Accuracy, timeliness of Information
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors.

Modification to the service and/or Price
Prices for our products may be subject to change without notice and are set by Just Jane.

Products
–  Certain products, such as prints may have limited quantities.
-Original pieces of artwork once sold are no longer available, reproductions can be recreated but the artwork will have differences as no two pieces of artwork are exactly the same.
– For prints and originals every effort is made for the colours to appear as accurate as possible online, but due to digital reproduction and monitors displaying colours slightly differently, the colours may appear different in real life.
– It is the users responsibility to note what artwork is sold unframed, mounted or framed as it is labelled clearly.
– We have the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Delivery
-Delivery is subject to availability, goods will aim to be dispatched within 7-10 days of your order being received. Anything other than this and we will let you know via email.  Delivery will be by UK Royal Mail – special delivery.
-Cost of postage and packing will differ according to weight and destination.
– Delivery of original artwork is UK only, delivery of prints is worldwide.
-We are not liable for any loss or damage due to delivery of the artwork, although we will make every effort to ensure the artwork is packaged well and protected.
– Collection can be available upon request, please contact us if you would like to discuss this option.

Use of Information
Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by out Privacy Policy.

Refunds
-Goods may be returned within 7 days from receipt, for full refund, provided they are undamaged, in their original packs and are carefully packaged. If goods are to be returned please contact Justjane as soon as possible.
-It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Please note in section ‘Products’ above for colour specs.

A refund will be made if goods are unavailable. 

Payment
-All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in pounds sterling.
-All prices do not include postage and packaging, this cost will be added at a Royal Mail UK delivery charge.
-All products are subject to availability.
-Packaging and postage will be displayed at checkout.
-Full payment is required before goods are despatched. Postage will be a special delivery rate for the UK.

Commissions
Just Jane reserves the right to decline any commissions or requests without reason. Full payment of the commission is required before posting.

Additional Information

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with, the use of this website.
